Community Outreach Ideas
Coronavirus Pandemic

While working from home and homeschooling, the WAVE Steering Committees felt the desire to be pro-active and sought out ways to support the local medical personnel and the community during the Coronavirus Pandemic. We will continue to update the resources below.

We have all heard about the shortage of personal protective gear and medical supplies, which most of us don’t have access to. But there is also a need for some items which many offices may have – and are not using since we are all working from home. Please consider whether your office or building may have any of the following available for donation – maybe stowed in a supply closet somewhere?

  • Hand Sanitizer (unopened containers)
  • Bleach Bottles and sprays (unopened containers)
  • Bleach wipes (unopened containers)
  • Isopropyl Alcohol (unopened bottles)
  • Sterile and non-sterile gloves (unopened boxes, latex-free preferred)
  • Shoe Covers (Unopened boxes)
